Returns Policy

We have built our reputation on our quality of service and we want you to be completely
happy with all your purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with any item you have ordered
from us (with the exception of the FootJoy MyJoy range) we will offer a full refund of
the item cost but not postage and packing fees.

For items to be accepted for return they must be in their original unused condition
and must be returned to us in secure packaging at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. Please include
a note with any returns explaining why the item is not suitable to help us improve our
service for all our customers.

If your the owner of an older model of PowaKaddy trolley, then our PK Scrapyard may be just the thing your after for quality used parts. All items supplied from the PK Scrapyard are fully checked and tested by our experienced service technicians so you can be confident they will do the job at a price that won't break the bank.

Sometimes repairing a trolley with new parts will not be financially viable, so using our carefully selected used parts is a great way to keep the cost down and get you golfing again.

We offer a large selection of used spares for sale on online, but should you require something that isn't listed then get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

All our PowaKaddy trolleys are fully tested before sale and all batteries we supply are prepared and checked using our AstraTec or AlphaBat test equipment to ensure you receive a battery in optimum condition.

We keep a large range of PowaKaddy trolleys in stock for immediate dispatch and we pride ourselves on offering the very best after sales service you can find anywhere.

We stock the full range of official PowaKaddy spares and accessories and being the worlds first PowaKaddy service centre we have more experience in diagnosing and supplying parts than anyone else.
