PowaKaddy & HillBilly Servicing

Based at West Byfleet Golf Club in Surrey, our workshop became the first ever PowaKaddy service centre
back in 1984 and has built up a reputation for offering fast and efficient service at sensible prices.

Why have your electric trolley serviced?

A poorly maintained car will cost you more in petrol, in the same way a poor cart will
discharge a battery too quickly and reduce its lifespan. Similarly a perfectly good motor
will overheat and be damaged if coupled to an inefficient gearbox.
Servicing returns a trolley to its best possible condition and is intended to
prevent potential problems before they cause failure of a part while on course.

Our servicing packages involve a full strip down of your trolley, followed by cleaning and lubrication of all
moving parts. We check for correct performance of the electrical system, the drive train and
electrical power consumption of the motor and gearbox. All carts are then adjusted for straight running
and given a final test to make sure your cart performs as well as possible.

Currently our service deals require you to drop off and collect your trolley from us at West Byfleet Golf Club.
Within the next month we will be introducing a collection and delivery service so PowaKaddy and HillBilly
owners from further afield can benefit from having their trolleys running at their optimum.

If your the owner of an older model of PowaKaddy trolley, then our PK Scrapyard may be just the thing your after for quality used parts. All items supplied from the PK Scrapyard are fully checked and tested by our experienced service technicians so you can be confident they will do the job at a price that won't break the bank.

Sometimes repairing a trolley with new parts will not be financially viable, so using our carefully selected used parts is a great way to keep the cost down and get you golfing again.

We offer a large selection of used spares for sale on online, but should you require something that isn't listed then get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

All our PowaKaddy trolleys are fully tested before sale and all batteries we supply are prepared and checked using our AstraTec or AlphaBat test equipment to ensure you receive a battery in optimum condition.
